Team competition travel is the most exciting part of our season. This is where we bring our new robot to compete with teams from around the world. We encourage all students to travel, if possible. If your student plans to travel, please consider chaperoning. 

Mandatory Travel Meeting

In February a mandatory travel meeting is held to discuss costs, uniform, schedule, hotel information, meals and how parents can (and need to) chaperone. Each student intending to travel with the team must attend along with at least one parent or guardian. Check our calendar to see more information on when and where the meeting will be held.

2026 Travel 

In 2026, Team Paradox will compete in the following competitions:

Requirements for Student Travel

  • Fully paid travel fees or Scholarship
  • Completed Travel Interest Form
  • Attending all required Travel Meetings
  • Attending at least one local competition
  • Completing 50 hours of robotics work during the build season
  • Fully registered with the team
  • ​A GPA of at least 2.5 
  • Signed Student Travel Contract
