Geared Learning, our rookie education program

After we complete our primary recruitment efforts each fall, Team Paradox shifts its focus to training and integrating new student members. Using the curriculum outlined in our team-developed rookie education program, Geared Learning quickly introduces and integrates new SDA Robotics team members into all aspects of our team. Geared Learning incorporates the entire FIRST experience by breaking up the curriculum, like our team, into four parts: Operations, Engineering, Outreach and Marketing.
